Robert Williams got the C's going early with 10 points in the first quarter, then it was all Jayson Tatum and Marcus Smart as Boston took a 2-0 series lead over Toronto on Tuesday.
Tatum dropped a game-high 34 points and Smart (19 points) drilled five clutch 3-pointers in the fourth quarter to propel the C's to victory.
It was a solid Game 2 effort for the Raptors who got 20 points from OG Anunoby, 19 from Fred VanVleet, and 17 from both Serge Ibaka and Pascal Siakam. But they'll need even more if they're to bounce back and have a shot at making the Eastern Conference Finals.
FINAL SCORE: Boston Celtics 102, Toronto Raptors 99
SERIES: 2-0
