The Boston Celtics will be aiming for a bounce-back performance Wednesday night when they host the San Antonio Spurs at TD Garden.
The C's lost 99-94 on the road to the Washington Wizards on Monday night in one of Boston's worst offensive performances of the season.
The good news for Boston is it will get starting point guard Kemba Walker back in the lineup to face San Antonio. Walker has missed the last three games while battling the flu, and his return is a huge boost to the Celtics' offense.
The Spurs have a slim half-game lead over the Memphis Grizzlies for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference. San Antonio has struggled away from home this season with a 4-11 road record. The Spurs also suffered a 135-115 defeat to the Celtics in San Antonio back in November.
