C's vs. Wizards live stream: C's look to bounce back vs. Beal

After a disappointing loss to the Detroit Pistons on Friday night, the Boston Celtics (13-12) are looking to bounce back and avoid dropping to .500 on the season. They'll have a good chance to do that against the Washington Wizards.

Though the Wizards have Bradley Beal, Russell Westbrook, and an intriguing collection of young talent headlined by Rui Hachimuri and Deni Avdija, they have just a 6-17 record on the year. That puts them in last place in the Eastern Conference, just percentage points behind the Pistons in terms of winning percentage.

The Wizards are giving up a league-high 120 points per game, so Boston's inconsistent offense will need to come ready to play in that contest. That will mean getting A-grade efforts out of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown while seeing the rest of the team improve its secondary scoring.

After sitting out the second game of a back-to-back, Kemba Walker should return to the lineup for the Celtics, so he could help in that area. Walker is shooting just 34.8 percent on the year but is coming off a 21-point outing against the Toronto Raptors in which he shot 41.7 percent.

As for the Celtics' defense, they'll have to focus on containing Beal, who is averaging a league-high 32.8 points per game. With Marcus Smart out, Brown would probably be the top choice to guard Beal with Tatum also seeing some potential action against the fellow St. Louis native.
