We all remember how the Boston Celtics' 2018-19 season ended.

But exactly one year ago today, things were just peachy for the C's.

Let's rewind to April 21, 2019, when the Celtics carried a 3-0 series lead over the Indiana Pacers into Game 4 of their first-round NBA playoff series at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Gordon Hayward took things from there.

The Celtics forward was the height of efficiency in Game 4, scoring a playoff-high 20 points on 7-of-9 shooting (3-of-3 on 3-pointers, 3-of-3 on free throws) to help Boston earn a 110-106 win and complete the series sweep.

The C's flamed out in the second round to the Milwaukee Bucks, but Hayward proved in Game 4 he could deliver for Boston on the big stage.

Here are a few other notable April 21 performances from the C's, who are 6-7 all-time in games played on this date:

April 21, 1995: The Celtics play their last regular-season home game at the old Boston Garden, falling to the Knicks 99-92.

April 21, 1974: John Havlicek racks up 36 points on 60.7 percent shooting to lead the Celtics past the defending champion New York Knicks in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

April 21, 1968: The Celtics defeat the rival Los Angeles Lakers in Game 1 of the 1968 NBA Finals behind Bill Russell's 19 points and 25 rebounds.
