This epic Jaylen Brown jam is among candidates for NBA's Dunk of the Year

Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown is one of the best dunkers in the world, and one of his jams is a candidate for NBA Dunk of the Year.

The league revealed Thursday five plays that will compete for the season's best dunk. They come from Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant, Los Angeles Lakers guard Russell Westbrook and forward LeBron James, Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid and Brown.

The winner will be determined by fan voting.

Here's another look at Brown's insane dunk over Dallas Mavericks forward Maxi Kleber from March 13. Not only was it an awesome slam, the interaction with Celtics legend Kevin Garnett -- who had his No. 5 retired to the TD Garden rafters after the game -- made the moment even more special.

Brown and the Celtics will try to punch their ticket to the 2022 NBA Finals with a victory over the Miami Heat in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Friday night at TD Garden.
