How Tacko Fall, Tremont Waters fared for Red Claws vs. Mad Ants

The Maine Red Claws won a thriller on the road over the Fort Wayne Mad Ants 123-119 in overtime on Tuesday night.

The Red Claws (24-9) are 1.5 games behind the Wisconsin Herd for first place in the Gatorade League's Eastern Conference.

While Boston Celtics rookies Tremont Waters and Tacko Fall helped Maine to the victory, lesser-known players Jaysean Paige (27 points) and Kaiser Gates (18 points, seven rebounds) were the stars of the show. Here's how Fall and Waters performed Tuesday:

TACKO FALL

Fall finished with 12 points, two assists and 14 rebounds -- the rebound count, again, is an unsurprising number for the 7-foot-5 center. He dominated in the paint, notching some highlight-reel dunks and tallying his second double-double of the season.

TREMONT WATERS

Waters, as usual, had a big game for the Red Claws with 22 points, two rebounds and five assists in the win -- including some clutch scoring in the final moments of regulation. Waters was named to the Midseason All-NBA G League team earlier this week.

Up next the Red Claws will take on the College Park Skyhawks on Thursday, Feb. 20 after the NBA All-Star break.
