If Boston fans love Tom Brady, they should also love LeBron James

You can’t see the truth through the New England fog, and that’s okay…you’re a fan. I am not a fan, so it is my job to cut through that fog to seek the truth.

And the truth is you and every other person concerned with the sporting world should hold Lebron James in the same regard as Tom Brady. To do otherwise would be hypocritical.

If Adam Vinatieri misses two field goals, Brady and James have the same amount of rings – three. Ouch! Hurts doesn’t it. The truth always does.

So LeBron, who took less money to go to Miami to win titles is not in Brady’s class, because of a stupid television goof up? Agreed it was a “bad decision” to sit across from Jim Gray, but the actual decision to head to South Beach was not. Hey…Jim Gray, isn’t he Brady’s personal binky interviewer, when Oprah isn’t available?

Yep, LeBron has said some stupid things like, “not one, not two, not three, not four,” in regard to the number of titles he would win with the Heat. Many feel LeBron is a “me” guy, because he talks about himself so much. Have you seen what Tom “Globetrotting” Brady has been up to?

LeBron James is one of the two greatest players to ever play his game. The debate between him and MJ will last forever. In New England Brady is the greatest quarterback ever, but Montana and Unitas could get the nod and one can even argue Dan Marino -  based on his pure talent, certainly not his ring collection or lack thereof. Brady can never be labelled the greatest football player of all time because of the likes of Jim Brown, Walter Payton and Barry Sanders.

So, come out of the fog, you hypocrites! Brady and LeBron should be loved and admired by all, period.
