Remember last month when Rajon Rondo mocked Isaiah Thomas' tribute video controversy when he said the Celtics celebrate players who won championships, not conference titles.
The two ex-Celtics point guards met on the court for the first time since then Wednesday. They didn't stay long after both were ejected following this scuffle late in the first quarter.
Thomas told the Los Angeles Times' Tania Ganguli that Rondo brought up the video tribute controversy on the court before the scuffle and that maybe Rondo was upset that I.T's Celtics beat Rondo's Bulls in the playoffs last season:
“He kept bringing up the (video) tribute when I was the one that shut the tribute down.”

“My team beat his team in the playoffs last year. Maybe that is what’s wrong.”

Isaiah Thomas was asked if he and Rondo have a previous history. "My team beat his team in the playoffs last year. Maybe that is what's wrong. I don't know."
