NBA Preview: Predicting division winners, playoff results and 2020 champion

Five straight trips to the NBA Finals. Three championships.

Even though they came up short last season, the Warriors have been on a dominant run in recent years. But they might not carry the mantle as the NBA's best in 2019-20, with the expected balance of power expected to swing to southern California.

After the Lakers added Anthony Davis and the Clippers added both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, oddsmakers see the Los Angeles rivals as the two top teams in the league heading into the season.

But plenty of other contenders are out there — the Bucks, 76ers, Rockets are all legitimate title threats, while the Warriors can't be counted out, even though they're missing both Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson.

How will the season go, and who will hoist the Larry O'Brien Trophy next June?

NBC Sports Boston hoops gurus A. Sherrod Blakely and Chris Forsberg break out the crystal ball to forecast division winners and playoff results.
