The clock is officially ticking for Gordon Hayward and Enes Kanter.
Both Celtics veterans have player options for the 2020-21 season, meaning they can opt into the final year of their contracts with Boston or opt out to test free agency.
Apparently Hayward and Kanter have four more days to make a decision: Their option deadline is set for Thursday, Nov. 19 at 5 p.m. ET, according to Yahoo Sports' Keith Smith.

It's possible Hayward and Kanter's fates will be decided earlier in the week. The NBA reportedly will lift its trade moratorium Monday, while the 2020 NBA Draft is Wednesday night.
Hayward, who reportedly is leaning toward declining his $34.2 million player option, has been the subject of plenty of trade rumors, with the Indiana Pacers and New York Knicks reportedly interested in the 30-year-old veteran.

If draft picks are part of any trade package involving Hayward, he could pick up his player option as part of a sign-and-trade prior to Wednesday's draft.
As for Kanter, it's possible the 28-year-old opts in to make $5 million in 2020-21 after an underwhelming 2019-20 campaign. The Celtics also could move him before or after the draft, especially if they take a big man Wednesday night or acquire another big man (Myles Turner, perhaps?) via trade.
UPDATE (Monday, Nov. 16, 5:30 p.m. ET): According to Smith, the deadline for Hayward to accept or decline his player option is Tuesday, Nov. 17 at 5 p.m. ET, not Thursday.
Kanter's deadline is still Thursday at 5 p.m. ET, per Smith.
