NBA stars support Jaylen Brown's call for justice for Breonna Taylor

Jaylen Brown's message didn't end with his comments to reporters Sunday night.

The Boston Celtics wing ended Sunday's video conference by sharing his thoughts on the death of Breonna Taylor, a 26-year-old Black woman who was shot and killed by Louisville police officers who entered her apartment via a no-knock search warrant on March 13.

While one officer responsible involved in killing Taylor was fired in late June, the two other officers involved remain on assignment. A special Kentucky prosecutor and the FBI both are investigating Taylor's death, but no arrests have been made as of Monday.

Brown used Twitter on Sunday night to call out Kentucky attorney general Daniel Cameron, whom Brown noted has authority to arrest the officers in Taylor's case.

The 23-year-old also called for the entire Louisville police department to be held accountable for Taylor's death.

Brown's statement about Cameron drew support from Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris and Sacramento Kings forward Harrison Barnes on Twitter.

Brown recently deactivated his Instagram account to focus on his new routine inside the NBA "bubble" in Orlando.

He's still using Twitter to speak on important issues of racial and social justice, though -- and clearly has the support of his fellow NBA players.
