Report: 95% chance Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant pair up to join Knicks

Is it summer yet?

The weather is getting nicer AND the NBA free agency rumors are heating up.

About an hour after a report from ESPN's Brian Windhorst about the door to a LeBron-Kyrie reunion with the Lakers being open and Irving having discussions about playing for L.A., came a tweet from Windhorst's ESPN's colleague, Stephen A. Smith, which puts Irving's free agency destination about 3,000 miles away from Los Angeles.

According to Smith, the oft-rumored Kyrie-KD coupling with the Knicks is a 95% certainty.

The coast-to-coast rumors are likely to continue until July 1 when Irving, Durant and other NBA free agents can make their commitments public. Until then, as in Stephen A's tweet above, the Photoshoppers will likely be working overtime.
