CLEVELAND – Here are the Stars, Studs and Duds from Boston’s 111-102 Game 4 loss to Cleveland.

STARS

LeBron James: It was James delivering yet another epic playoff performance, scoring a game-high 44 points on 17-for-28 shooting to go with five rebounds and three assists.

STUDS

Tristan Thompson: His energy and aggressive play around the rim were huge for the Cavs, keeping possessions alive in addition to keeping the crowd engaged. He finished with a double-double of 13 points and 12 rebounds and two blocked shots.

Jaylen Brown: He led the Celtics with 25 points on 10-for-23 shooting, in addition to grabbing six rebounds.

Kyle Korver: He came off the bench and scored 14 points. But even more important than the scoring, Korver’s defense on Jaylen Brown was also instrumental in the Cavs evening this series up at two games apiece.

DUDS

Marcus Morris: Plagued with foul trouble from the opening quarter, Marcus Morris never found any kind of flow or rhythm in Game 4. He finished with 10 points on 4-for-8 shooting, but the early fouls made him a significantly weaker defender and thus hurt both his chances as well as Boston’s attempt at getting the upset win.
