WATCH: Celtics, Bucks kneel in solidarity during national anthem

Prior to Friday night's anticipated matchup between the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks, the two teams continued the fight against racial injustice and police brutality.

Players and staff knelt in solidarity while donning Black Lives Matter shirts during the national anthem.

Players, coaches, and referees also knelt during the national anthem prior to Thursday night's New Orleans Pelicans-Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Lakers-Los Angeles Clippers matchups. In addition to the pregame ceremonies, teams are calling for social justice with messages on the back of their jerseys.

Several players from across the NBA, including Celtics stars Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, joined forces with an important video before the game urging people to keep the conversations about social justice going. You can watch that video in the tweet below:
