The Patriots just won football's ultimate prize, but they won't be charging season-ticket holders more dough to watch their games in 2017.

Season tickets went out last week, according to Pro Football Talk, and they reflect no increases for 2017.

"As one source explained it to PFT, the Patriots are one of only two teams since 2003 to win the Super Bowl and not raise prices," PFT's Mike Florio wrote. "The Patriots did it three times, after winning Super Bowl XXXVIII, Super Bowl XLIX, and Super Bowl LI. (The Patriots raised ticket prices after winning Super Bowl XXXIX.)"

When season tickets were delivered, per Mike Reiss of ESPN, fans were also informed of some upper-concourse improvements at Gillette Stadium as well as a "no days off" t-shirt sale taking place at the Patriots ProShop.

Those things may not get the hair to stand up on the backs of season-ticket holders' necks, but the unchanging prices for seats will be welcome news for those looking forward to watching the Patriots in person in 2017.
