According to ESPN’s Darren Rovell, Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is among the minority owners of the Vegas Golden Knights, the NHL’s latest expansion team.
The Knights, whose logo and name were both revealed Tuesday night in Vegas, will begin playing next season and will begin building their team via an expansion draft on June 18.
According to Rovell, other minority owners include MLB slugger Jose Bautista and model Carol Alt.
This won't be the first time Gronkowski has dabbled in hockey, as he spiked a puck prior to a Bruins game following the Patriots' Super Bowl XLIX victory over the Seahawks.
