Belichick's Red Sox scouting report: ‘What a team they have'

Bill Belichick was spotted at Fenway Park on Sunday night enjoying what turned out to be one of the Red Sox' biggest wins of the season.

A longtime friend of Sox special assistant Tony La Russa, Belichick donned a Red Sox cap and sat in a suite with La Russa and Sox president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski.

The Patriots coach talked about the Sox Tuesday morning when he met the media at training camp.

Belichick also mentioned the hospitality of the team when they welcomed the Pats on a surprise visit to Fenway during mini-camp in June.

“Dave [Dombrowski has] done a great job, [is] doing a great job. What a game that was Sunday. What a team they have...how many people have contributed, just the overall organization –  Tony [La Russa], Alex [Cora], their scouting staff. You know, we have a good relationship with those people and they’ve been great to us."
