Astute observers may have noticed Bill Belichick prowling the sidelines last Sunday in some eye-catching footwear.
The New England Patriots head coach, typically not one for fashion statements, joined the NFL's "My Cause My Cleats" campaign in Week 13 by rocking some custom Nikes against the Los Angeles Chargers that paid homage to his charity, the Bill Belichick Foundation.
If you liked Belichick's custom kicks and have some extra cash, you're in luck -- because his game-worn shoes are now up for sale on the NFL Auction site.
Here's a look at the shoes, whose price tag was up to $2,850 as of Thursday afternoon:
Berj Najarian -- the Patriots' director of football/head coach administration and Belichick's right-hand man -- shared a photo Wednesday of he and Belichick rocking their custom shoes in Los Angeles.
Najarian's shoes highlight the Armenia Fund, as Belichick's longtime assistant has been trying to raise awareness about human rights violations committed during the ongoing conflict between Armenia and neighboring Azerbaijan.
Former Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has supported Najarian's efforts, adding three "100" emojis in the comments of Najarian's Instagram post and sharing Najarian and Belichick's shoes on his Instagram story.
As Najarian mentioned, he and Belichick plan to wear their custom sneakers Thursday night in Los Angeles against the Rams and throughout the rest of the month.
After that? Belichick's kicks can be all yours if you have a few thousand dollars to spare.
