Chris Hogan the latest Patriot to laud the TB12 Method

Chris Hogan is the latest convert to the TB12 Method.

The Patriots wide receiver, speaking on the "What Got You There" podcast with Sean Delaney, credits Tom Brady's training method with helping the former lacrosse player from Penn State to his success on the football field as he's about to turn 30 in his third season in New England.

"I mean, it's changed my career," Hogan said. "It really has. I’ve really bought into what he talks about and pliability and keeping everything fresh, and it really has. I do it every single day — sometimes twice a day. I don’t think I could play without it anymore. It’s amazing.

“It’s stuff I never really thought about,” he told Delaney. “Whatever I can do to get that recovery or that extra edge, that’s what I’m doing. During the season, nutrition is so huge. You can’t preach that enough at this level. I can’t go out there and just eat turkey sandwiches and hamburgers all day because that’s not going to make my body perform at the level that it can.”

So, if there is indeed a tug-of-war (as Tom E. Curran referred to it) going on between Tom Brady's controversial trainer Alex Guerrero and Bill Belichick, you can add another of Brady's targets pulling on the rope, along with Julian Edelman, Rob Gronkowski and TB12 himself.
