Tom Brady now has put up pedestrian numbers in both of his first two games with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

But the ex-New England Patriots quarterback will be much happier this weekend than he was seven days ago.

That's because Brady picked up his first win a Buccaneers uniform Sunday at Raymond James Stadium, as Tampa Bay held off the Carolina Panthers in a 31-17 win.

Here's Brady's final stat line, which includes his third interception in three games:

23-for-35 (65.7 percent), 217 passing yards, 1 touchdown, 1 interception, 80.3 passer rating

Here are the most notable plays from Brady's second game in Tampa Bay:

Brady finds Mike Evans for a huge 50-yard gain to set up Tampa Bay's first score:

Brady fires a laser to Evans for a 23-yard touchdown pass:

Brady connects with Justin Watson on a flea-flicker to pick up a big chunk of yards:

Brady tosses his third interception of 2020 on a pass intended for Rob Gronkowski:

If you're wondering why we haven't mentioned Gronkowski yet, it's because the ex-Patriots tight end was a virtual ghost Sunday: Brady targeted Gronk once against the Panthers, and the result was the interception above.

Gronkowski did help seal Tampa Bay's win by recovering the Panthers' onside kick attempt late in the fourth quarterback, but it was a relatively quiet day for the two ex-Patriots against a Carolina team that's now lost 10 consecutive games.

Still, Brady and Gronk are in the win column for the first time as Buccaneers teammates, which is the only stat they'll care about.
