It's a great time to be a golf fan.

Last weekend's U.S. Open was fantastic and the British Open in July should provide fans with even more quality entertainment. There's another tournament in between those two majors that will provide plenty of drama, too.

The second iteration of "The Match" is set for Tuesday, July 6. It features Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady and six-time major champion Phil Mickelson teaming up to play against Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and PGA Tour star Bryson DeChambeau.

The buildup to "The Match" has already featured plenty of trash talk between the four participants, similar to last year's event. Brady further promoted the event Tuesday when he posted a video of him making three consecutive long putts.

The video caught the attention of Brady's former New England Patriots teammate, Julian Edelman, who couldn't resist taking a friendly jab at his friend.

One of the best parts of "The Match" is the trash talk between the quarterbacks involved. Brady and Peyton Manning had a great back-and-forth in last year's event. Brady and Rodgers hasn't brought the same intensity, but some of the jokes have still been pretty good.

Brady and Mickelson will be under plenty of pressure to win this year's "The Match" after losing to Manning and Tiger Woods in 2020. We all know how much Brady hates to lose and how much it motivates him to improve.
