Let the celebrations begin.

The New England Patriots took care of business in their 2020 season opener Sunday, defeating the Miami Dolphins 21-11 at Gillette Stadium behind quarterback Cam Newton's two rushing touchdowns.

It was an exciting win to begin a new era for the Patriots after Tom Brady's offseason departure, and several players took to social media to react to the victory.

Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman apparently already has made a line he dropped just three days ago -- "I'm happily miserable" -- into a T-shirt while celebrating the W:

Linebacker Dont'a Hightower, who opted out of the 2020 season, congratulated his teammates from afar:

Cornerback Stephon Gilmore basked in the glow of his first interception of 2020:

Running back James White was a fan of Newton's first touchdown celebration, retweeting this tweet from ESPN's "SportsCenter" account:

Safety Adrian Phillips, offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor and defensive back Joejuan Williams all seemed fired up, as well:

The 1-0 Patriots are on to Seattle, where they'll face the Seahawks next Sunday.
