In the absence of actual football, Cam Newton sure knows how to fire up New England Patriots fans.

The new Patriots quarterback has supplied a steady stream of Instagram posts from his workouts highlighting how motivated he is to silence his critics in 2020.

Newton's latest post Thursday night featured more of the same -- along with footage of his recent workout with star Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.

Beckham joined Newton and Patriots teammates N'Keal Harry and Devin Asiasi last week for a workout in Los Angeles, then hosted Newton on his YouTube show, "The Bigger Picture."

Beckham has insisted he's staying with the Cleveland Browns in 2020, but the three-time Pro Bowler thinks very highly of head coach Bill Belichick and the Patriots organization and apparently has a strong relationship with their QB, too.

As for the motivational speech in this video: That's Littlefinger from HBO's "Game of Thrones" sharing his mercenary-like philosophy to Sansa Stark in Season 7, Episode 3:

"Don’t fight in the North, or the South. Fight every battle, everywhere, always, in your mind. Everyone is your enemy, everyone is your friend, every possible series of events is happening all at once. Live that way and nothing will surprise you. Everything that happens will be something that you’ve seen before."

Newton has dealt with plenty of adversity in the last two years after undergoing shoulder and foot surgeries, but it appears he's ready to take on all comers in New England.
