Free agent wide receiver Antonio Brown has reportedly agreed to sign with the Patriots just hours after his release from the Raiders.

According to Ian Rapoport, it's a one-year deal worth up to $15 million with a $9 million signing bonus.

The Patriots were the betting favorite to land Brown after he was let go by the Raiders, and they could always use a boost on offense following Rob Gronkowski's retirement.

Brown's talent is undeniable, but he comes with plenty of off-the-field issues, as Tom Curran points out here. If the Patriots' culture can offset some of the issues the Raiders and Steelers faced with Brown on their roster, they'll be one of the scarier offenses in the league with Brady throwing to him.

We will update this story as more details become available.
