Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence is one of the top draft prospects of his generation, and he put his impressive skills on display for NFL talent evaluators on Friday.
Lawrence held his Pro Day at Clemson's indoor facility, and people from 17 different teams were in attendance.
The New England Patriots were among the teams with multiple representatives at the event, per Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer:
Lawrence threw 52 times and left no doubt that he should be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft:
The Jacksonville Jaguars have the No. 1 pick in the upcoming draft and are expected to select Lawrence. The Jaguars need a quarterback and it would be absolutely foolish to pass up a chance to take a player as talented as the Clemson star.

Lawrence completed 69.2 percent of his passes for 3,153 yards with 24 touchdowns and five interceptions in 10 games for the Tigers this past season. He led Clemson to the College Football Playoff in each of his three seasons as the starting quarterback, including a national title as a freshman in 2018.
It's possible teams might try to trade for the No. 1 pick, and maybe that's why so many of them attended Lawrence's pro day. Either way, the Jaguars should turn down all offers and make Lawrence the face of their franchise for the foreseeable future.
