The New England Patriots made an appearance on a recent episode of Wheel of Fortune. If you're planning on buying a vowel, it better be a team-friendly deal.
Host Pat Sajak took the opportunity to poke fun at the fact the Patriots are in the Super Bowl seemingly every year:
"Harry, we might have to stop that. I think there's been a mistake. We've had this puzzle before," he said.
According to Patriots.com, The Patriots also appeared in an answer after Super Bowl LI: "The puzzle read, 'Patriots win their fifth Super Bowl.' However, a contestant tried to solve the puzzle and got it wrong by saying it was the team's sixth Super Bowl win."
The contestant must have been seeing the future, as the Patriots picked up their sixth trophy in February against the Los Angeles Rams.
