Patriots owner Robert Kraft shows off his dance moves with Cardi B

All these years later, looks like Patriots owner Robert Kraft can still cut up a rug.

Appearing at Fanatics' Super Bowl party hosted by his friend, Fanatics chairman and Philadelphia 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin, Kraft got on stage to make some "money moves" with rapper Cardi B

Has Mr. Kraft been taking some dance lessons? His rhythm  with the "Bodak Yellow" singer was quite the improvement from such instances as his tango with Ty Law at his Patriots Hall of Fame induction in 2014.

Alabama TE Irvin Smith Jr. posts photo with Bill Belichick, Nick Saban

Alabama TE Irvin Smith Jr. posts photo with Bill Belichick, Nick Saban

Alabama tight end Irvin Smith Jr. tweeted out a photo of him shaking hands with Patriots coach Bill Belichick, who was standing alongside Alabama coach Nick Saban, at the school's pro day.

Alabama has gone to some lengths to emphasize Belichick's presence at Alabama's pro day, with a number of tweets showing the two talking.

But this photo is different.

First, Irvin Smith Jr. tweeted the photo, but as he is photographed in it, obviously was not the one who took it.

Second, with Dwayne Allen's departure, and Gronk's status and durability a question mark, the Patriots have a need at the position. Our Phil Perry has the Patriots drafting Smith in the second round of the draft, at No. 41, so speculation on the Alabama TE is not unfounded.

Or the meeting could just be one of many between Belichick and players that he observes at various pro-days.

Regardless, we will find out in a little over a month with the 2019 NFL draft kicks off, whether or not the Patriots are in on Smith.

Raiders' Trent Brown shares lessons learned from Tom Brady he will bring to Oakland

Raiders' Trent Brown shares lessons learned from Tom Brady he will bring to Oakland

Former Patriots OT Trent Brown cashed in with the Oakland Raiders after winning Super Bowl LIII with the Patriots. But a Super Bowl ring isn't the only thing he will be bringing to the West Coast.

Brown apparently also learned a lot from Patriots QB Tom Brady.

What did Brown learn? He opened up on Fox Sports:

“Definitely just how he (Brady) speaks life into that huddle,” Brown said Thursday on FOX Sports 1’s “First Things First.” “He commands the huddle, and when you break the huddle you’re ready to play for sure."

Brown also talked about the importance of leadership and dedication when it comes to practice and making improvements:

“There’s only one example to give: just lead by example day in and day out,” Brown said. “How he approaches the day, how he approached practice. …He’s just taking advantage of all time. Every rep counts for sure. Even when we go from offensive period to defensive period (in practice) he’s finding something to do, something to work on.”

Brown's Oakland Raiders could use a lot of these things, after finishing 4-12 in 2018.

In addition to Trent Brown, the Raiders have also stockpiled draft picks, and traded for WR Antonio Brown, among other transactions.

Whether Trent Brown's new QB, Derek Carr will be able to "speak life into that huddle" remains to be seen.
