Patriots players throw their support behind Bruins in Stanley Cup Final

The Patriots know all about the phrase "Three Games to Glory." Now they're throwing their support behind a Bruins team in a similar situation.

After wearing Bruins hats during last week's OTA session in Foxboro, the Pats tweeted out a short video today in which Phillip Dorsett, Jason McCourty, and Patrick Chung expressed their well wishes for the B's

"It's just so exciting. Anywhere you go, the game's on or people are talking about it," McCourty said. "You see Julian [Edelman] at the games, you see Dave Andrews at the games, and they're pounding beers, and just the excitement that's around the entire city — it just makes it a fun place to be."

"Hopefully they go all the way, because it's dope," added Chung. "I started playing hockey, so my respect for them went way, way, way up there. So what they're doing right now is special. So hopefully they can get this."

The short video is just the latest example of the Super Bowl champs backing their Boston brethren. We've already seen Tom Brady teaming up with Zdeno Chara for a hype video, Robert Kraft in the stands at Game 1, and Rob Gronkowski serving as fan banner captain, among other instances.

Now if the Bruins find a way to get those three wins to glory, they'll join the Patriots and Red Sox as the latest victors in the City of Champions.
