Halloween has arrived, which means it's time to eat our favorite candy and watch scary movies.

There are so many different types and flavors of candy, but some tend to be more popular than others. The next most popular candies were Snickers at 18 percent and M&Ms at 11 percent.

New England Patriots quarterback Cam Newton revealed his favorite Halloween candy earlier this week, and he didn't name any of the three major brands listed above.

"Unfortunately, a lot of the candies aren't vegan because of the gelatin, but I'm a big marshmallow guy, and they make homemade marshmallow here, which is tremendous," Newton said. "But I'm an old school circus peanut type of candy eater. I eat skittles -- sour patch are vegan, surprisingly, the strawberry or the watermelon.
