The New England Patriots announced a trio of roster moves ahead of Monday night's Week 16 game versus the Buffalo Bills at Gillette Stadium.
One of those moves was the Patriots signing veteran center Marcus Martin to the 53-man roster. He was a 2014 third-round draft pick by the San Francisco 49ers and has spent time with several teams, including the Detroit Lions, Cleveland Browns, Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys. Martin has played in 28 career games but hasn't taken an offensive snap since the 2016 season. He played in two games for the Lions this season but only saw snaps on special teams.
Patriots center David Andrews is questionable to play against the Bills, so the team could use some more depth on the interior of the offensive line.

The two other transactions revealed by the Pats on Monday evening were activating linebacker Cassh Maluia and defensive lineman Nick Thurman to the 53-man roster from the practice squad.
Maluia was a sixth-round selection by the Patriots in the 2020 NFL Draft. He's played in seven games for New England this season. Thurman has played six games for the Pats with one start in 2020.
Kickoff for Patriots-Bills is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. ET.
