Patriots vs. Cowboys injury report: Phillip Dorsett returns to practice

Share

The New England Patriots still could be shorthanded when they face the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, but there at least was one encouraging development at Thursday's practice at Gillette Stadium.

Wide receiver Phillip Dorsett (concussion) was a limited participant after being held out of practice on Wednesday. Fellow wideout Mohamed Sanu (ankle) did not participate, however, and there's a chance he could miss multiple weeks with a high ankle sprain.

Julian Edelman was limited for the second straight day with a shoulder ailment.

As for the Cowboys, their injury report matched Wednesday's except safety Donovan Wilson sat out with an illness.
