Hello and welcome to quarterback power ranking time!

The top spot hasn't changed, Russell Wilson is starting to tumble and Jameis Winston has arrived. Let's party.

Last week's ranking: N/A

Week 10 stats: N/A

Season stats: 52-of-85, 452 yards, 1 TD, 3 INT

Dalton is set to return from a concussion and COVID-19. He'll hope to have a better go of it than how he was playing prior to his injury.

3/32

Last week's ranking: 32

Week 10 stats: 38-of-55, 390 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 68.3 completion %, 250.6 yards/game, 1 TD, 3 INT

Smith's second start marked a step in the right direction, but if your quarterback can't do much against the Giants or Lions, you're probably not going to pick up many wins.

4/32

Last week's ranking: 30

Week 10 stats: 21-of-28, 244 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT, 64 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 63.5 completion %, 212.2 yards/game, 8 TD, 9 INT, 384 rush yards, 1 rush TD

At long last, Jones ran for a touchdown. It must have felt good to do it against the Eagles given that whole falling-down thing the last time he nearly had one.

5/32

Last week's ranking: 22

Week 10 stats: 23-of-47, 257 yards, 1 TD, 4 INT

Season stats: 55.0 completion %, 213.9 yards/game, 7 TD, 10 INT, 65 rush yards, rush TD

Four picks. Woof.

6/32

Last week's ranking: 28

Week 10 stats: 18-of-35, 169 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT

Season stats: 44-of-73, 473 rush yards, 2 TD, 2 INT, 1 rush TD

I'm tickled by the Jaguars' quarterbacks being better than the team wants them to be. Luton nearly led the Jaguars to an upset win in Green Bay.

7/32

Last week's ranking: N/A

Week 10 stats: 6-of-10, 63 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 7-of-11, 75 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT

If you aren't EXTREMELY excited about Jameis Winston as the Saints' starter, you straight-up stink. We'll see if Winston can parlay his time filling in for the injured Drew Brees into a nice contract the way Teddy Bridgewater did.

8/32

Last week's ranking: 25

Week 10 stats: 24-of-38, 247 yards, 1 TD, 2 INT

Season stats: 67.3 completion %, 231.6 yards/game, 6 TD, 6 INT

Mullens hasn't been good, but the 49ers were reminded Sunday that it could be worse. While Mullens was getting a quad injury examined, C.J. Beathard came in and badly missed an open receiver on a deep ball.

9/32

Last week's ranking: 26

Week 9 stats: BYE

Season stats: 56.7 completion %, 164.8 yards/game, 4 TD, 2 INT

Flacco's had a week off to think about how he nearly beat the Patriots. I'm assuming this will be the highest he'll be on this list all season.

10/32

Last week's ranking: 24

Week 10 stats: 15-of-26, 106 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT

Season stats: 65.0 completion %, 231.5 yards/game, 10 TD, 8 INT, 1 rush TD

Hopefully Foles is OK after being carted off the field Monday night. That said, even before he got hurt, the Bears should have been considering a QB switch once Mitch Trubisky's shoulder was healthy. They've got the bye week to figure it out.

11/32

Last week's ranking: 27

Week 10 stats: 21-of-37, 208 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 58.2 completion %, 232.3 yards/game, 12 TD, 12 INT, 206 rush yards, 5 rush TD

Wentz only moves up because so many guys moved down. He's still stunk this season, and now there's talk that he's dogging it in practice. Fortunately, no Philadelphia sports star has ever made practice into a big story.

12/32

Last week's ranking: 29

Week 10 stats: 13-of-17, 118 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT, 21 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 68.6 completion %, 191.9 yards/game, 3 TD, 7 INT, 335 rush yards, 9 rush TD

Newton has been turnover-free for the last two games, but he still hasn't really provided the Patriots with a passing game. Jakobi Meyers was the only wide receiver he targeted all game against the Ravens.

Last week's ranking: 20

Week 10 stats: 12-of-20, 132 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 61.3 completion %, 182.9 yards/game, 15 TD, 7 INT

I'm not crazy about Mayfield being just mediocre. I like the Browns either disastrous or incredible.

14/32

Last week's ranking: 23

Week 10 stats: 15-of-25, 169 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 49-of-77, 518 yards, 5 TD, O INT

Sure, wins over the Chargers aren't impressive, but Tagovailoa might have been the best QB on the field in a contest featuring Justin Herbert.

15/32

Last week's ranking: 15

Week 10 stats: 27-of-37, 302 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 66.4 completion %, 271.9 yards/game, 13 TD, 6 INT, 44 rush yards, 2 rush TD

Goff plummets here as punishment for not throwing any touchdowns against the Seahawks. For shame.

16/32

Last week's ranking: 19

Week 10 stats: 25-of-36, 292 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

Season stats: 66.1 completion %, 238.6 yards/game, 17 TD, 11 INT

A few weeks ago the Vikings were seemingly on their way to falling to 1-6, making it tough not to speculate about them drafting a quarterback. That sixth loss still hasn't come, as they've rattled off three straight wins, starting with an upset over the Packers. Cousins has been a huge part of that; he's got six touchdowns to one pick over that span.

17/32

Last week's ranking: 21

Week 10 stats: 24-of-33, 276 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 63.7 completion %, 267.0 yards/game, 17 TD, 7 INT

Stafford was great against the Football Team, but we'll see if he'll be available to build on that performance this week. He's dealing with a thumb injury and his status is up in the air.

18/32

Last week's ranking: 18

Week 10 stats: 29-of-39, 308 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 68.7 completion %, 266.1 yards/game, 11 TD, 7 INT

Rivers and the Colts bounced back very nicely from their loss to the Ravens by handling the Titans on Thursday Night Football. Take a picture: Rivers only has one pick over the last three games.

19/32

Last week's ranking: 16

Week 10 stats: 21-of-40, 213 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 65.4 completion %, 276.1 yards/game, 12 TD, 5 INT, 130 rush yards, 3 rush TD

Burrow wasn't anything special for the Bengals as the offense stalled against the Steelers, but if we're being honest, we all expected that.

20/32

Last week's ranking: 17

Week 10 stats: 18-of-24, 136 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 72.1 completion %, 255.2 yards/game, 13 TD, 7 INT, 196 rush yards, 3 rush TD

It seems like as Bridgewater gets better, the Panthers get worse. Go figure.

21/32

Last week's ranking: 14

Week 10 stats: BYE

Season stats: 67.2 completion %, 305.1 yards/game, 15 TD, 5 INT, 1 rush TD

He won't get them to the playoffs, but coming off the bye, Ryan can use the rest of the schedule to clarify he doesn't need to be replaced next season.

22/32

Last week's ranking: 12

Week 10 stats: 16-of-25, 154 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 69.3 completion %, 239.6 yards/game, 16 TD, 2 INT, 118 rush yards

Still boring.

23/32

Last week's ranking: 13

Week 10 stats: 24-of-34, 249 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT, 55 rush yards

Season stats: 64.0 completion %, 195.8 yards/game, 14 TD, 5 INT, 524 rush yards, 3 rush TD

Jackson wasn't great against the Patriots, but when you factor in his center's issues getting him the ball and the rain, it's hard to knock the defending MVP.

24/32

Last week's ranking: 10

Week 10 stats: 20-of-30, 163 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT, 36 rush yards

Season stats: 68.1 completion %, 282.1 yards/game, 18 TD, 5 INT, 233 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Watson's recovered nicely from a rough start to the season. He hasn't thrown a pick in four games, but Patriots cornerback J.C. Jackson has picks in five straight games. Something will have to give Sunday.

25/32

Last week's ranking: 5

Week 10 stats: 15-of-27, 147 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 64.8 completion %, 236.4 yards/game, 20 TD, 3 INT, 114 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Tannehill's thing is that he'll rarely have a bad game. That said, he wasn't anything special in a loss to the Colts. He's still having a great season.

26/32

Last week's ranking: 9

Week 10 stats: 32-of-49, 284 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT, 38 rush yards

Season stats: 68.4 completion %, 287.1 yards/game, 21 TD, 7 INT, 279 rush yards, 5 rush TD

Poor Allen. Nobody will remember it, but he did lead what should have been the game-winning touchdown drive in the final minute against the Cardinals before Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins happened.

27/32

Last week's ranking: 11

Week 10 stats: 28-of-39, 341 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 66.0 completion %, 273.9 yards/game, 23 TD, 7 INT, 3 rush TD

Brady has three passing touchdowns and three picks over his last two games, but in the most extreme way imaginable: no touchdowns and three picks two weeks ago, followed by a three-touchdown, no-pick game this past Sunday against the Panthers. It's been a weird first season for Brady, but the overall numbers are very good.

This Arians quote about Brady might amuse some Pats fans

Last week's ranking: 8

Week 10 stats: 20-of-32, 187 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 66.8 completion %, 291.6 yards/game, 19 TD, 6 INT, 176 rush yards, 3 rush TD

It's weird that Herbert is moving up, because his ears sure look lower! Little haircut joke.

29/32

Last week's ranking: 6

Week 10 stats: 22-of-32, 245 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT, 61 rush yards, 2 rush TD

Season stats: 68.2 completion %, 263.9 yards/game, 17 TD, 8 INT, 604 rush yards, 10 rush TD

There's got to be bonus points for that Hail Mary, right? I suppose it helps when you've got someone like DeAndre Hopkins catching balls in triple coverage.

30/32

Last week's ranking: 4

Week 10 stats: 27-of-46, 333 yards, 4 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 66.8 completion %, 251.9 yards/game, 22 TD, 4 INT

Roethlisberger's extremely clean season continues. His four-touchdown performance against the Bengals marked his fourth game this season with at least three passing touchdowns and no interceptions.

31/32

Last week's ranking: 2

Week 10 stats: 22-of-37, 248 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT, 60 rush yards

Season stats: 69.8 completion %, 309.9 yards/game, 28 TD, 10 INT, 325 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Wilson's slipping a bit. He's got four picks over his last games (to three total touchdowns) and is now up to 10 picks on the season.

32/32

Last week's ranking: 3

Week 10 stats: 24-of-34, 325 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 67.8 completion %, 286.4 yards/game, 26 TD, 3 INT, 1 rush TD

Rodgers wasn't lights-out against the Jaguars, but he has been overall for the last month. He still only has one bad game to his name this season.
