Ah, it's that increasingly short time between the rescheduled games from one week and the originally scheduled games from a new week.

Let's rank some quarterbacks with some power, shall we?

2/32

Last week's ranking: 32

Week 5 stats: 18-of-33, 195 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 20-of-35, 211 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT

Flacco's going to start another game as the Jets continue to rest Sam Darnold. They've got the Dolphins, who just smoked the 49ers, meaning the bid for 0-16 remains safe.

3/32

Last week's ranking: 31

Week 5 stats: 20-of-33, 222 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 61.0 completion %, 222.2 yards/game, 2 TD, 5 INT, 130 rush yards

The Giants were on their way to upsetting the Cowboys even before the Dak Prescott injury. They're a disaster, however, so that didn't happen. It's going to be interesting to see the Jets and Giants -- both 0-5 -- compete for the first overall pick.

4/32

Last week's ranking: 26

Week 5 stats: 20-of-35, 258 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT

Season stats: 60.0 completion %, 237.6 yards/game, 6 TD, 9 INT, 122 rush yards, 3 rush TD

Wentz has thrown multiple picks in four of five games this season. Goodness gracious.

5/32

Last week's ranking: 30

Week 5 stats: BYE

We thought it was going to be Brett Rypien. Now it might be Drew Lock. Are either of them good?

6/32

Last week's ranking: 28

Week 5 stats: 9-of-13, 74 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 9-of-13, 74 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT, 1 rush TD

Allen only lasted a half in his first start with the Footballs before getting hurt and making way to Alex Smith. They apparently just let Dwayne Haskins stay home now. Sounds like a not-stupid-at-all plan for someone they're probably going to try to trade.

7/32

Last week's ranking: 22

Week 5 stats: 21-of-33, 243 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT

Season stats: 70.8 completion %, 245.4 yards/game, 4 TD, 5 INT

This sucks. I'm the biggest Rivers fan in the world, but I think I'm ready to throw in the towel. Rivers might be done.

8/32

Last week's ranking: 25

Week 5 stats: 7-of-17, 77 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT (Garoppolo), 9-for-18, 94 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT (Beathard)

Maybe we should have seen this coming with Garoppolo. He just stinks coming off an injury. Remember how bad he looked last preseason when he was returning from injury? You've just got to build in a week or two for that guy to start performing again.

It's also possible he's just not very good, but he'd been solid this season prior to his injury.

9/32

Last week's ranking: N/A

Week 5 stats: 9-of-11, 111 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT

Poor, poor Dak Prescott. That was a wretched injury to watch. Prescott still leads the league in passing yards and had worked his way up to No. 5 with a very good start to the season.

I'm not sure the Cowboys are toast without him, though. Dalton's a fine quarterback and he has great weapons. This isn't a fantasy column, but I seriously would add him.

10/32

Last week's ranking: 27

Week 5 stats: 27-of-39, 249 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

Season stats: 64.0 completion %, 226.4 yards/game, 8 TD, 7 INT

I thought Cousins might throw for 400 yards against the Seahawks, who have let teams put up big numbers in the air. He was fine as he continued to dig himself out of a horrid start to the season.

11/32

Last week's ranking: 23

Week 5 stats: 30-of-42, 243 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT

Season stats: 63.7 completion %, 226.7 yards/game, 5 TD, 3 INT

Foles beat Tom Brady once again. He also showed an unmatched ability to keep track of the downs.

12/32

Last week's ranking: 17

Week 5 stats: 19-of-30, 183 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT

Season stats: 65.2 completion %, 260.8 yards/game, 6 TD, 3 INT, 85 rush yards, 1 rush TD

The kid went out and got his ass kicked by the Ravens. I'm not sure if anyone was expecting anything different. After going two straight games without a pick, Burrow now has been intercepted in back-to-back games.

13/32

Last week's ranking: 18

Week 5 stats: 21-of-37, 247 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT

Season stats: 61.2 completion %, 195.2 yards/game, 9 TD, 4 INT

Mayfield's has two passing touchdowns in each of his last four games, all wins. He was sloppy against Indianapolis, but he's got the Browns moving in the right direction.

14/32

Last week's ranking: 20

Week 5 stats: 31-of-49, 301 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 69.9 completion %, 287.7 yards/game, 10 TD, 4 INT, 87 rush yards

I feel bad for Minshew, because he's definitely getting the most out of his limited abilities. He just isn't good enough to get that team wins -- then again, who is? -- and that will eventually get him replaced by a draft pick.

15/32

Last week's ranking: 24

Week 5 stats: 22-of-28, 350 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 70.6 completion %, 268.8 yards/game, 7 TD, 5 INT, 131 rush TD, 2 rush TD

Fitzpatrick is into the teens after smoking the 49ers in a surprising route. That should buy him a few more weeks as the starter, and if he doesn't cede the job to Tua Tagovailoa these next few weeks in time for a Denver-Jets-Bengals stretch in late November, you'd have to think he'll keep the job all year.

16/32

Last week's ranking: 21

Week 5 stats: 27-of-37, 313 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 73.0 completion %, 292.0 yards/game, 6 TD, 3 INT, 73 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Don't look now, but here come the Panthers! Bridgewater has six touchdowns (five passing, one rushing) and one pick over his last three games.

17/32

Last week's ranking: 15

Week 5 stats: 25-of-35, 359 yards, 3 TD, 2 INT

Season stats: 66.9 completion %, 290.2 yards/game, 9 TD, 5 INT, 83 rush yards, 1 rush TD

At long last, the Texans have won a freaking game. Watson still threw a pair of picks in the victory, but at this point he'll take what he can get.

18/32

Last week's ranking: 11

Week 5 stats: 21-of-37, 226 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT

Season stats: 63.2 completion %, 294.4 yards/game, 7 TD, 3 INT

Ryan has not been the problem this season at all, yet the team's sucked enough that they might be in line to replace him. That would make sense given Ryan's age and the fact that this team probably isn't going to be good enough to win anything any time soon.

19/32

Last week's ranking: 16

Week 5 stats: BYE

Season stats: 60.6 completion %, 254.3 yards/game, 8 TD, 3 INT

After a bye, Stafford will face the Jaguars, then the Falcons. So basically he's getting like a month off from having to try.

20/32

Last week's ranking: 13

Week 5 stats: 33-of-47, 325 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 71.0 completion %, 266.2 yards/game, 9 TD, 3 INT, 1 rush TD

If you weren't rooting for Jameis Winston to get into the game when the Saints were down, 20-3, in the first half Monday night, you are 100 percent no fun. Of course Brees brought the Saints back, but he was aided by the Chargers pulling some classic Chargers idiocy.

21/32

Last week's ranking: N/A

Week 5 stats: BYE

Season stats: 68.1 completion %, 238.0 yards/game, 2 TD, 2 INT, 149 rush yards, 4 rush TD

I'll tell ya who all this reshuffling and rescheduling has favored like crazy: the Patriots. Their quarterback gets COVID and it's likely he'll only miss one game (which they were going to lose anyway)? Boy oh boy.

Patriots fans need to take at least a six-month break from their "the league is out to get the Pats" talk.

22/32

Last week's ranking: 19

Week 5 stats: 20-of-34, 264 yards, 4 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 68.8 completion %, 298.8 yards/game, 9 TD, 3 INT, 1 rush TD

A team doctor cost Tyrod Taylor his starting gig and the team has wasted consecutive great performances from Herbert. Is it possible that both quarterbacks sue the Chargers?

23/32

Last week's ranking: 9

Week 5 stats: 25-of-41, 253 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT, didn't know what down it was

Season stats: 64.3 completion %, 275.0 yards/game, 12 TD, 4 INT, 1 rush TD

Brady lost his team a game by not knowing what down it was, then used it to make a meme congratulating LeBron James on winning his fourth title. I wonder if his Bucs teammates were laughing.

24/32

Last week's ranking: 14

Week 5 stats: 21-of-30, 309 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 71.7 completion %, 274.4 yards/game, 8 TD, 3 INT, 2 rush TD

I feel like every week I'm pleasantly surprised by Jared Goff. At some point I'll just accept that he's having a good season.

25/32

Last week's ranking: 10

Week 5 stats: 22-of-31, 347 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT

Season stats: 73.1 completion %, 288.4 yards/game, 11 TD, 1 INT

Carr is pretty infuriating to watch, but he's putting up great numbers. It also helps when you've got Henry Ruggs making bonkers helmet catches.

26/32

Last week's ranking: 8

Week 5 stats: 27-of-37, 380 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT, 31 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 69.9 completion %, 259.8 yards/game, 8 TD, 6 INT, 296 rush yards, 5 TD

Murray had a career-high 380 passing yards last week, but it was against the Jets. On the whole there's been more to be desired from Murray as a passer, but he's rushed for a score in all but one game this season, making him one of the most balanced QBs in the league.

27/32

Last week's ranking: 12

Week 5 stats: 22-of-28, 350 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 68.9 completion %, 251.0 yards/game, 9 TD, 1 INT, 77 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Golly. Yet another season in which Ryan Tannehill is better than Tom Brady. Are we still mocking the Titans for that decision? Because we shouldn't be.

28/32

Last week's ranking: 7

Week 5 stats: 19-of-37, 180 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT

Season stats: 63.7 completion %, 189.9 yards/game, 9 TD, 2 INT, 238 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Jackson's still having a very strong season, but the passing game's been underwhelming. If he and the Ravens get that going, the sky's the limit.

29/32

Last week's ranking: 4

Week 5 stats: 26-of-41, 263 yards, 2  TD, 2 INT

Season stats: 69.3 completion %, 317.8 yards/game, 14 TD, 3 INT, 101 rush yards, 3 rush TD

Josh Allen finally had a bad game! Guess we can finally take him out of the top five, right? WRONG. Sure, it pauses his ascent, but realistically, there was no way we'd ever actually consider him a top-three quarterback this season, right?

30/32

Last week's ranking: 6

Week 5 stats: 27-of-34, 239 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT

Season stats: 69.9 completion %, 254.0 yards/game, 10 TD, 1 INT

Boy do I want to see Roethlisberger play a really good team. So far he's gotten the Giants, Broncos, Texans and Eagles. At worst, he's been clean. At best, he's been awesome. I'll hit the "he's back" button, but there's some 2019 Patriots to Pittsburgh's start.

31/32

Last week's ranking: 3

Week 5 stats: 22-of-43, 340 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT, 21 rush yards, 1 rush TD

Season stats: 63.7 completion %, 294.8 yards/game, 13 TD, 1 INT, 129 rush yards, 2 rush TD

Even in a disappointing loss to the Raiders, Mahomes was good. He's just incapable of sucking. The best to ever play the position.

32/32

Last week's ranking: 2

Week 5 stats: BYE

Season stats: 70.5 completion %, 303.5 yards/game, 13 TD, 0 INT

A lot of football fans have been talking themselves into Tom Brady not diminishing while talking themselves into Rodgers being washed. In reality, it's closer to the other way around. Sunday's Packers-Bucs matchup should be fun.
