The New England Patriots owner is one of several business leaders the President will consult with on how to restart the economy amid the coronavirus pandemic. He'll also be talking with NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, UFC president Dana White and WWE CEO Vince McMahon, among others.

The President says we need sports back soon, which many sports fans probably agree with. However, sports won't return until it's safe to do so, and that might not be for a while.

Trump's relationship with Kraft goes way back. After Kraft's wife Myra died in 2011, Trump called the Patriots owner every week for a year to console him, according to Business Insider. So, it's really no surprise that Kraft will be a part of Trump's advisement group.

It's been a little more than a month since sports were shut down due to the coronavirus, but the MLB, NBA, NHL and MLS are exploring all options for sports to pick up where they left off.
