The New England Patriots are signing a Division III wide receiver to their practice squad.

Mason Kinsey will be one of 16 players on the initial practice squad with Week 1 of the 2020 NFL season fast approaching.

Kinsey's school, Berry College, tweeted the news Sunday afternoon.

The school also tweeted a highlight video of a Kinsey touchdown to give Patriots fans a look at his talent.

Kinsey, who went undrafted in April, is the only player on the Patriots practice squad who didn't spend time with New England during training camp. He spent camp with the Tennessee Titans and was part of the AFC South team's roster cuts Saturday.
