Giants free agent running back Orleans Darkwa reportedly is visiting the Patriots on Monday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
The 26-year-old rushed for 751 yards on 171 carries (4.4 YPC) with five touchdowns a season ago.
The Patriots currently hold four running backs (Jeremy Hill who was signed this offseason, Rex Burkhead, James White, and Mike Gillislee). If signed, Darkwa presumably would be the one to fill the void left by Dion Lewis.
