Report: Tom Brady's Brookline home already has potential buyers lined up

You didn't think Tom Brady's home would last long on the open market, did you?

The New England Patriots quarterback and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen, are selling their massive Brookline, Mass., mansion for an initial list price of $39.5 million, as first reported by our own Tom E. Curran and Phil Perry.

And apparently the suitors are already lining up.

"A couple" of potential buyers bound by non-disclosure agreements are "scheduled to see" Brady's home this week, the Boston Herald's Olivia Vanni reported Tuesday.

Such interest in the home isn't much of a surprise, considering its prime location -- abutting the exclusive Brookline Country Club and just five miles from downtown Boston -- and laundry list of amenities such as a private gym and a barn-inspired guest house complete with a yoga studio.

It also helps that Brady (who just signed a new contract extension with New England) and Gisele both have incredibly high profiles, as news of their home hitting the market spread like wildfire Tuesday morning.

There's no word on where the Brady clan and their three children will relocate, although they're reportedly looking for homes in Greenwich, Conn., and Alpine, N.J.
