New England Patriots fans can breathe a sigh of relief.

Tom Brady shows love for Antonio Brown's Instagram post

Tom Brady shows love for Antonio Brown's Instagram post

Following his release from the New England Patriots, Antonio Brown shared some love for Tom Brady on Instagram.

Although his tenure with the Patriots was short, it seems that Brown and Brady formed a friendship. Brown posted a photo of the two with the caption "Love ya champ that was fun! #GoWinIt #DoitforMe"

Brady commented on the post with three heart emojis.

The Patriots quarterback supported Brown since he joined the team and even offered the wide receiver a place to stay at his home in Brookline, Mass.

Brown was released by the Patriots Friday afternoon after a series of disturbing text messages he sent to a woman who had accused him of sexual harassment were leaked to Sports Illustrated. The NFL is investigating Brown for violating the league's personal conduct policy.
