The Pittsburgh All-Pro wideout's post asked his former-teammate-turned-Patriot, James Harrison to tell TB12 to "hmu" (i.e. hit me up) to work on his hands this offseason. And "lost his trainer" apparently refers to Alex Guerrero having his team plane and sideline privileges taken away by the Patriots.
