Tom Brady shows love for Bills Mafia: 'I love playing up there'

When you consider the hostile environment Buffalo is for opposing players, one would think it'd be one of Tom Brady's least favorite places to play.

But it's just the opposite for the 42-year-old Patriots quarterback, who appreciates the passion Bills fans bring to New Era Field regardless of the team's success.

During his weekly appearance on WEEI's "The Greg Hill Show," Brady shared some kind words for Bills Mafia ahead of Sunday's game in western New York.

"I love playing up there. It’s one of the great environments in NFL football,” Brady said. “It’s an old stadium, but they get incredible support. We’ve played up there early [kickoff time], we’ve played up there late, we’ve played up there when they’ve not had great records, when they’ve had great records, and their fans are into it. They cheer, they love football.”

That isn't the only reason Brady loves playing in Buffalo, of course. The six-time Super Bowl champion owns an eye-popping 30-3 record against the Bills in his career. His 15 victories in Buffalo are the most by a starting quarterback since 2001, and his 38 touchdowns there trail only Ryan Fitzpatrick (39) for most by a QB in that span.

Following two cupcake matchups against the Dolphins and Jets, New England likely won't have as easy of a time in Week 4. The Bills, led by second-year QB Josh Allen, are no slouches as they're off to an impressive 3-0 start of their own. Bills Mafia can be expected to be even rowdier than usual when the Patriots come to town this weekend.

Brady and the Patriots opened as 7-point road favorites for Sunday's game, which kicks off at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Report: Jaguars trade CB Jalen Ramsey to Rams

Report: Jaguars trade CB Jalen Ramsey to Rams

One month after requesting a trade from the Jacksonville Jaguars, Jalen Ramsey got his wish.

The star cornerback was traded to the Los Angeles Rams on Tuesday for two first-round draft picks in 2020 and 2021 and a fourth-rounder in 2021, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The news comes on the heels of the Rams trading veteran CB Marcus Peters to the Baltimore Ravens and placing Aqib Talib on injured reserve on Tuesday.

Ramsey's move to the NFC is great news for the Patriots, as New England won't have to worry about the two-time Pro Bowler helping out the Kansas City Chiefs' scuffling defense after they were rumored to be one of his suitors.
