Did John Henry rip own paper for questioning local Super Bowl excitement?

John Henry apparently has a bone to pick with The Boston Globe. Wait a minute...

Yes, the Boston Red Sox owner also is the principal owner of the Globe. Which makes the pair of passionate tweets he sent Friday calling out the "media" for questioning the excitement of New England Patriots fans leading up to Super Bowl LIII against the Los Angeles Rams quite interesting.

Henry appears to be referencing this article, which ran in the Globe on Wednesday:

Author Dugan Arnett relies on first-hand points of view and factual evidence to deliver his message. For example, this year represents the lowest Super Bowl ticket demand on the secondary market in a decade, according to TicketIQ, while sales of Patriots-themed pet gear is down 60 percent from this time last year at one local pet boutique.

Yet Henry strongly disagrees, comparing the media's apparent doubting of the Patriots to those who branded the 2018 World Series champion Red Sox "unlikeable" (whoever those people are).

Henry had tweeted just once since the end of October before Friday, so this article must have really struck a nerve.
