After helping the Los Angeles Dodgers to a World Series title, Mookie Betts has a chance to bring home even more hardware in 2020.
The former Boston Red Sox outfielder has been named a finalist for the National League MVP award. Also nominated were Atlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman and San Diego Padres third baseman Manny Machado.
Betts had a .292/.366/.562 slash line with 16 home runs and 39 RBI during the 60-game season. He also stole 10 bases and played sensational defense in right field for L.A.
The NL MVP will be announced Nov. 12 at 6 p.m. ET on MLB Network.
