Pedro Martinez was among the many who were excited to watch MLB's top prospect Wander Franco make his big-league debut Tuesday night.

Franco started at third base for the Tampa Bay Rays in their series opener vs. the Boston Red Sox at Tropicana Field. During the game, Martinez tweeted high praise for the 20-year-old phenom.

"Wander Franco is the complete package. He is flexible, agile, 5 tool player. Congrats on his MLB debut today; I pray he stays healthy and humble in the big show," the Red Sox legend wrote.

Shortly after Martinez's tweet, Franco notched the first of what likely will be many home runs in his major league career. In the fifth inning, he launched a game-tying three-run homer off Eduardo Rodriguez for his first MLB hit.

Certainly a night the kid won't soon forget.
