Red Sox Game 4 lineup vs Astros

Share

After putting up eight runs on the road in a huge Game 3 win over the Astros in the ALCS, the Red Sox are trying to repeat that same result with its Game 4 lineup.

The Astros plan to start right hander Charlie Morton on the mound. Morton posted a 15-3 record with a 3.13 ERA this season.

Brock Holt starting at second base and Rafael Devers starting at third are the key differences tonight. Eduardo Nunez and Ian Kinsler started Game 3 with the lefty Dallas Keuchel pitching, so it seems the Red Sox want to continue shaping their lineups based on those matchups.

Rick Porcello is slated as the starter after appearing in relief already in the series. Can the Red Sox take a commanding 3-1 lead in this ALCS or can the Astros set up a big Game 5 in Houston?
