Red Sox' Michael Chavis saves run with stellar diving stop

You already knew what Michael Chavis could do with the bat, but it turns out the kid isn't too shabby with the leather either.

In the seventh inning of Tuesday night's game vs. the Indians, the Red Sox' rookie second baseman made a sensational diving stop to rob Cleveland of a run.

Watch below:

There were doubts about Chavis' defensive ability when the 23-year-old was called up to the majors earlier this year, but so far he's silenced those critics.

Chavis will look to keep it up in the field while he continues to rake at the plate. He's third on the Red Sox with 10 homers, trailing only Mitch Moreland (13) and J.D. Martinez (11).
