It's a done deal. Mookie Betts will pack his bags and head to Arlington, Texas.

Don't worry, Boston Red Sox fans. Your star outfielder hasn't been traded to the Texas Rangers. He's scheduled to show off his bowling skills in the PBA Hall of Fame Classic Jan. 13-19.

Betts' bowling talent is well-documented. The 2018 American League MVP has bowled three perfect games, including one during the World Series of Bowling in 2017 (video below).

Just another one of the 27-year-old's many impressive accolades.

As for Betts the baseball player, he's been the subject of trade rumors throughout Boston's otherwise quiet offseason. Although there reportedly have been discussions with the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Red Sox "aren't actively shopping" their homegrown All-Star.

Betts is set to become a free agent following the 2020 season.
