The Red Sox added some outfield depth by agreeing to a minor-league contract with Gorkys Hernandez, according to a Boston Globe report.
Hernandez, 31, has played for the Giants, Pirates and Marlins. He hit .234 with 15 homers and 40 RBI for the Giants last season.
