The Boston Red Sox have been one of the biggest disappointments in Major League Baseball one week into their 2019 season.
The defending World Series champions are 2-6 through eight games, a stretch that includes a four-game losing streak, which didn't happen once last year when they won a franchise-record 108 regular season games.
It's not time to panic yet, but there's no question the World Series honeymoon is close to ending (if it's not over already).
