The veteran left-hander made his much-anticipated return to the mound Saturday afternoon at Fenway Park -- his first start since Aug. 13, 2019.
After a successful recovery from Tommy John surgery, the Red Sox are hoping Sale can provide the team with a much-needed boost as the American League playoff races heat up.
