When Rafael Devers makes it onto a highlight reel, it's usually because of his bat. But on Monday, the Boston Red Sox slugger turned heads with his defense.

Devers made an incredible grab during the third inning of Boston's series opener vs. the Minnesota Twins. Former Red Sox catcher Sandy Leon popped one up down the third-base line that looked like it would land in fair territory between Devers and left fielder Tommy Pham, but Devers reached out at the last moment to make the miraculous play.

Watch below:

Devers has made tremendous strides defensively, but it's been a struggle for him lately at the plate. The 25-year-old is hitting an uncharacteristic .188 with three homers in 24 games since the All-Star break. Despite the slump, he's still been the team's best hitter this season with a .294 batting average, 25 homers and 65 RBI in 110 games.
